Returns

- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and accessories.

**Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
